Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in: 4 PM - 8 PM
Please send over your estimated time of arrival at the airport and your flight number.
We do our best to make your rental available at the earliest and at 4 PM at the latest.
Please note that there is a late check-in charge of 30€ from 8 PM and 50€ from midnight. This amount must be paid on arrival.

Check-out: 10 AM
You have to leave the apartment at 10 AM at the latest on the day of departure.
Unless you have written consent from GO2TENERIFE.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A 500€ damage deposit for apartments will be “pre-recorded” and not “charged” on your credit card. GO2TENERIFE uses Swikly services and applies their General Terms. You could check them during the check-in process.

INVENTORY OF FIXTURES

Upon arrival, an inventory will be done with your local contact.
In case of a dispute, please contact us immediately by email at checkin@swikly.com.
Without any dispute, the inventory will be deemed as compliant and accepted with no reservation.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

The full amount is required upon booking.
Payment is made through our website www.go2tenerife.com or through one of our partners.
In case of a modification request, it is non-refundable (apart from the cancellation conditions described below).
However, GO2TENERIFE will try to find the best solution to answer our clients’ expectations but finally, the modification will be approved unilaterally by GO2TENERIFE.

CANCELLATION POLICY

/COVID-19/ Full refund until 5 days before the arrival* /COVID-19/

In case of late cancellation (except in cases of force majeure):

  • Until 60 days before the beginning of the stay, 1,4% of the booking full amount will be kept (online payment fees),
  • 60 days before the beginning of the stay, 30% of the booking full amount will be kept,
  • 30 days before the beginning of the stay, 40% of the booking full amount will be kept,
  • 3 days before the beginning of the stay, 50% of the booking full amount will be kept,
  • In case of no show, the full amount will be due to GO2TENRIFE which reserves the right to dispose of the accommodation immediately.
  • If the booking was done through a partner, the cancellation conditions used during the purchase process apply.

    (*) 1,4% of the booking full amount will be kept (online payment fees).

    TOWELS AND LINEN

    Household linen is available: sheets, shower towels, and cloth. Extra service for household linen renewal can be ordered for 10€ per person.

    CLEANING

    When checking out, please make sure the rental is not dirty beyond normal use. The dishwasher should be empty; dishes clean and put away, and trashes empty. In case the rental is dirty beyond normal use, a fee of 35€ for studios and 50€ for apartments may be deducted from the amount of your damage deposit.

    NON SMOKING POLICY

    Smoking is strictly forbidden in common within the apartments.
    150€ will be deducted from the amount of your damage deposit in case of violation of this rule.

    PETS

    Pets are not allowed in our home holidays.

    In many areas of the Balearic and Canary Islands, as well as by the sea in general, there may be "animal inhabitants" in rented accommodation, who, if you are from Central Europe, are often unknown to guests or take some getting used to.
    Even though Go2Tenerife inspects the flats regularly and before each check-in, we cannot accept any responsibility for the occasional presence of these animals and no compensation can be claimed. This is true for spiders, ants, geckos, flies, cockroaches (especially directly at the sea).

    INTERNET/WI-FI

    Access to Internet/Wi-Fi is included during your stay when it is available in the accommodation.
    GO2TENERIFE will not be liable for any interruption of service caused by the Internet provider or any other cause beyond its control.
    No refund and no discount will be granted in case of the unavailability of the network access.

    HEATING/AIR CONDITIONING

    GO2TENERIFE will not be liable for any dysfunction of air conditioning for any cause outside of its control. No refund or discount will be granted in case of unavailability during the stay.

    LIABILITY

    All rentals are controlled and checked by GO2TENERIFE. The advertising descriptions are true to reality and written in good faith. For any complaint, the lessee commits to inform GO2TENERIFE by email within 48hr. The lessee also commits to collaborate with GO2TENERIFE to try to solve the issue. Without any written communication and express consent from GO2TENERIFE, the lessee leaving the rental before the agreed check-out date will lose the right to get a refund for his full stay. Complaints notified after the check-out date will waive the lessee’s right to get a refund.
    GO2TENERIFE reserves the right to terminate the contract before or during its execution if unforeseeable circumstances or a case of force majeure make it impossible to use the accommodation. GO2TENERIFE reserves the right to reallocate another rental with similar or higher characteristics. If the lessee refuses the transfer, GO2TENERIFE will refund all the remaining nights amount (from the occurrence of the event) for the already paid booking, but the lessee will not be entitled to any additional compensation.

    MAINTENANCE

    If during the stay, the lessor needs to have someone operate following the lessee’s request (sent by email), like maintenance companies (blocked drains, broken domestic appliances, broken glass…) and if the lessor’s responsibility is cleared, those operations will be charged. Key loss: 80€ (lock and keys replacement).

    RESPECT AND OTHERS

    The rental is strictly reserved for the lessee and his family. Government IDs will be requested upon arrival.
